Information ZYN processes
ZYN may process account IDs, password hashes, public wallet addresses, account preferences, request logs, derived monitoring data, payment references submitted for Premium access, and messages you send to support. ZYN does not store account passwords in readable form.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide read-only monitoring, maintain account and Premium access, deliver requested notifications, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, and respond to support requests.
Public wallet addresses
Wallet addresses are public blockchain identifiers. When linked to a ZYN account, they may be personal data under applicable law. ZYN does not verify that you own an address you choose to monitor. Do not submit seed phrases or private keys; ZYN never requests them.
Service providers
ZYN may use Alchemy, Revolut, Cloudflare, Google advertising services, and market-data providers. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy notices.
Advertising, cookies, and consent
ZYN displays Google AdSense advertising on selected public pages. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, IP address, browser information, and interaction data to provide, measure, limit, and personalise advertising where permitted by law and your choices.
For visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, ZYN uses Google's certified consent solution through Google AdSense Privacy & messaging. Visitors can accept, decline, or manage advertising choices in that message and revisit its privacy options when available.

Retention and deletion
ZYN retains information only for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce terms. You can delete your web account and associated monitoring data from the Member Area or request help by email. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted by ZYN.
Security
ZYN uses reasonable technical measures to protect service data, but no online service is completely secure. Use a unique password and never share credentials, seed phrases, or private keys.
