Service scope
ZYN is a non-custodial, read-only monitoring service. It uses public wallet addresses and third-party data providers to display portfolio information, on-chain activity, market data, notifications, and informational indicators.
Creating an account adds a public address to a private ZYN watchlist. ZYN does not connect to a wallet, verify address ownership, or obtain authority to act for that address. You are responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to monitor any address you submit.
What ZYN does not do
ZYN does not request seed phrases or private keys, execute trades, transfer assets, hold custody of funds, provide personalised recommendations, or guarantee any outcome.
Informational use only
All content is general informational analysis only. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Data can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. You are responsible for independently verifying information and for decisions you make.
Dust reports
The dust report is a view-only list of small token balances found on your public address. ZYN does not provide a destination address and does not generate a transfer link. Any clean-up, swap, or transfer you choose to make happens entirely in your own wallet app, at your own initiative, and is not executed, recommended, or facilitated by ZYN.
Gas and network fees
You are solely responsible for all blockchain network fees (gas), bridge fees, exchange fees, or wallet-provider charges incurred by your actions. Fees can exceed the value of small token balances, and fees are generally non-refundable once a transaction is submitted on-chain.
Third-party links
ZYN may link to independent third-party tools, such as revoke.cash for reviewing token approvals. These tools are not operated by ZYN, are not vetted or endorsed beyond being commonly used in the industry, and any action you take on them is entirely your own responsibility.
On-chain irreversibility and scam-token risk
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. If you interact with malicious contracts or scam tokens, funds may be permanently lost and may not be recoverable. Token names, logos, and symbols can be spoofed; always verify contract addresses from trusted sources before acting.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person's account or data, evade limits, interfere with operations, or use ZYN for unlawful activity.
Changes and availability
Features, sources, and availability may change or be discontinued. ZYN may limit or suspend access to protect the service, users, or third-party providers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZYN and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to ZYN for the service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Dispute resolution, arbitration, and venue
Before formal proceedings, you and ZYN agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting the complaints channel above. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to confidential arbitration in Dublin, Ireland, in English, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you a right to proceed in your home venue. Courts located in Dublin, Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration.
Force majeure
ZYN is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet or power outages, blockchain congestion or forks, validator failures, exchange/API outages, denial-of-service attacks, regulatory actions, labor disputes, natural disasters, war, or similar force majeure events.
