Help Center

Use ZYN with confidence.

Practical answers for setting up a free monitoring account, reading your dashboard, and understanding what ZYN does and does not do.

Getting started

How do I create an account?

Choose Sign up for free monitoring, select an account ID, create a password, and enter a public EVM wallet address. ZYN never asks for a seed phrase, private key, signature, or wallet connection.

Wallet safety

Does ZYN control my wallet?

No. ZYN only reads public blockchain information associated with the address you provide. It cannot sign transactions, move funds, revoke approvals, or trade assets.

Controls

How do alerts work?

In Controls, choose Crypto or Stocks, select an asset, then choose a fixed price target or a percentage move. Select Above or Below and save the alert. You can review and remove saved alerts from the Alert Mode card.

Reports

What do the reports mean?

Reports combine portfolio observations, approvals, gas readings, whale context, market signals, and account activity. They are informational context, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Email

How do I receive a digest?

Open Controls, set a digest time, save an email address, and turn email delivery on. Email delivery is handled through the configured transactional email service and may be delayed or unavailable.

Account privacy

What happens when I log out?

Logout removes the active device session but keeps your account, wallet monitoring, alerts, and settings. The Forget Me flow is separate and permanently removes your monitoring account data.

Data quality

Why can a report be incomplete?

Public-chain and market data depends on network indexing, provider coverage, asset labelling, market hours, and service availability. A missing balance or delayed alert is not proof that an event did not happen. Check the relevant explorer, wallet, exchange, or issuer source before acting.

Troubleshooting

What should I do if a wallet or price looks wrong?

Confirm the address, network, asset symbol, and timestamp first. Refresh the report and compare the result with an independent blockchain explorer or market source. Do not enter credentials or sign a transaction to resolve a monitoring discrepancy.

Editorial policy

Who writes the public guides?

The ZYN Intel editorial team maintains the public explanations and product documentation. Read the editorial standards to see how we describe data limits, review changes, and separate education from financial advice.
